*All tests are shipped overnight. Orders received before 1:30 pm will arrive on the next business day. Orders received after our 2 pm cut-off time will be shipped on the following business day. If you require rush delivery please contact support@reelhealth.com - rush fees may apply. *We do not deliver on Sunday.

RETURNS
*A $50 restocking fee will apply to all returned test kits. For a refund request, please email orders@reelhealth.com. Please include your order number and the number of kits you would like to return.
LEAD TIME
Please order the test a minimum of 3 days or 60-72 hours ahead of the day you need results. From the time you place your order, it should take a total of 60-72 hours to ship you the kit>take the test>ship it back to the lab>receive your results.
RESULTS
Test results will be available in 7-12 hours after your specimen arrives at the laboratory. Results will be posted in the HIPAA-compliant Reel Health App available in the Apple or Google Play Stores.
